"Plan both of your retreat days now and then - days when you live apart with Me, and arise rested and refreshed - physically, mentally, and spiritually, to carry on the work I have given to you. I will never give you a load greater than you can bear."

Meaning to me: Take the time to sit with God. Sit in silence with Him and be with Him. From that time spent, you are rested and ready to take on anything life throws at you.

"Go back into silence to recover calm. You accomplish more by this than by all the activities of a long day."

There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God
