Meaning to me: Don't be sad, don't worry. When you can't carry your troubles with you any further, give them to God. Then  ...  try to lighten someone else's burden.

"Trust Me. You are not at the mercy of fate. You are being led. Those who do not serve your purpose are moved out of your path."

Be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine
