"My followers have misunderstood that, and looked too often upon that promise as referring only to an After-Life, and too often - far too often - upon this life as a something to be struggled through in order to get the reward and the joy of the next.
Meaning to me: Don't just walk through this life thinking it is only a struggle to get to some after life promise. God wants you to be happy and enjoy your life in the world now through knowing Him. Enjoy life now and enjoy the promise of after life.
